- Refund cases will be treated on a case by case basis
- Only if defected products at payment will be considered for refund
- The Lazy Pigs must be notified of such refund within 5 days starting from the day of payment via Email (thelazypigs[at]gmail.com)
- All return items must include all original items, original packaging, untempered and unused
- Buyer will have to bear return shipment fee or can arrange a meetup session (location and time to be determine by The Lazy Pigs) to return the items and collect refunds
